Finchwing's watching the stars in this picture, inspired by the song Paris by Friendly Fires. My brother introduced me to the song not long ago, and I've loved it since 
I tried a -kind of- new shading tactic here, which I enjoyed! You'll have to let me know whether you like it or not
It's still using a multiply layer, only with jitter.
By the by, the text in the centre isn't supposed to be very readable, just there for effect xD
